"I have damage on my fascia and soffit"

-Remove and replace 48’ of fascia board
-Paint fascia to match existing as close as possible

The customer was originally interested in caulking the facias and soffit and painting it with mold-blocking paint. We explained that is not the best course of action, and would only be masking their issue for some time.
